TECHNICAL NOTES

Grape Variety: 100% Barbera
Vineyard Practice: Hand-harvesting
Wine-making Method: Barbera wine is blended with aromatic and
digestive herbs such as China Calissaja, cardamom, bitter orange
and subjected to a cold maceration in a hydro-alcoholic solution.
Ageing Method: Oak barrels for 12 months and 6 months in the bottle
Bottle: 0.5 L

WINE TASTING NOTES

This heavenly chinato wine is red in color with garnet nuances.
It has a characteristic quinine scent and its flavor is intense, full,
and harmonic with a good balance between bitter and sweet flavors.

PAIRING

Ideal digestif and pairs wonderfully with dark chocolate and pastries.
